Psyllium is a soothing soluble fiber which allows the beneficial bacteria’s in our gut to thrive. It eases symptoms of constipation by bulking out the stool and moistening the intestinal walls when taken with the correct amount of water to fully hydrate it. Ideal to use in replacement of a snack or even a meal when intending to lose weight as it fills the stomach and takes away hunger.
Take 1 – 2 level teaspoons in a large glass of water and chase afterwards with another glass. Take no more than 2 level teaspoons at any one time. Ideal to take 1 teaspoon with 1 teaspoon of the liquid living probiotics as a perfect pre and
pro biotic combination. Take away from food or other supplements: 2 hours away from a meal; 45 minutes away from supplements other than liquid probiotics.
